Halloween Safety Patrol
Each year during the annual Trick or Treating event of Halloween, Kirwan Heights Fire Department has our Safety Patrol. The members of the Fire Department volunteer their time and assist the local police departments by patrolling the streets of Kirwan Heights, Presto, and Heidelberg. This year Home Depot has teamed up with Kirwan Heights in an effort to promote safety in children. Home Depot provided glow sticks that were passed out to children to increase their visibility.
